The power-house 1.2-litre turbocharged engine features a host of efficiency-boosting technologies including the VVT-iw (Variable Valve Timing – intelligent wide) intake, direct injection fuel delivery and flexible engine cycle switching. It also boasts a 10:1 compression ratio and smart-heat management. The very responsive petrol engine provides 85kW of power at 5200-5600 r/min and torque of 185 Nm at 1500 – 4000 r/min.
